I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a king-sized bed with a stunning tall mirror reaching the ceiling in front of a roomy working area. Although the rooms need a remodel to fix over a dozen cigarette burns in the bathtub and a mismatch in toiletries, they still reflect high standards. However, the lack of towels in the rooms was an inconvenience, as I had to call housekeeping each time. The location was ideal, being next to a mall and within walking distance of outdoor eateries. The service was exceptional, with a courteous and accommodating concierge. The dining experience was a bit pricey for the limited options, and breakfast service was slow during peak hours. Overall, a great place but with a few areas needing improvement.
